Catering Pick-up
Catering pickup – For groups of 10 or more, we pack each meat and side order serving “family style” in separate, sealed aluminum catering pans which are placed into insulated containers keeping your food fresh during transportation. Orders are picked up at our front counter at the requested time during business hours.
Delivery
We have a $50 Delivery Fee. We’ll promptly bring you sealed aluminum catering pans, freshly filled with our Signature Texas BBQ which are then placed into insulated containers keeping your food fresh during transportation.
BBQ Trailer
This option is one in which we bring our BBQ Wagon to you. Guests are served Food-Truck-Style and expedited with speed and efficiency. The guest orders from a predetermined menu at the window and receive food seconds later.

This option is one in which we bring our BBQ Wagon to you. Guests are served Food-Truck-Style and expedited with speed and efficiency. The guest orders from a predetermined menu at the window and receive food seconds later.
