Introducing the El Jefe, also known as “The Boss”! This 13” flour tortilla is stuffed with tender chopped brisket, pork, and smoked sausage. As if that’s not enough, we’ve loaded it up with baked beans, white onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Served with a side of fresh corn chips and zesty Pico de Gallo.
